Dr. Rolandria Justice-Emenuga brings 20 years of experience as a teacher, school leader, and consultant. She served as an administrator in schools in New York before becoming the founding principal of a school in Massachusetts. In just two short years, her scholars were outperforming surrounding schools in Math & ELA state assessments. She prides herself on her “warm demander” communication style and her ability to help those she’s coaching feel empowered and pushed to be their best, authentic selves. 

Dr. Justice’s career reflects a passion for supporting others to authentically lead inclusive, impactful, and successful organizations. She holds degrees from Duke University, Seton Hall University, and Georgia State University.  

Tara has worked in education for more than 20 years, supporting training and development for non-profits in NYC. She holds a BA in English Literature from Boston University and a Masters in English Education from Lehman College. As a consultant, she's led the school-wide change process in NYC schools and directed transformative training of health care delivery for New York’s Medicaid population within Mount Sinai's Performing Provider system. Inspired by her work as an educator and life in cities like Portugal, New York, and Boston, she started her own greeting card company (beknown) fusing old-world craftsmanship with a NY edge. Tara is a lover of words, real hugs, big conversations, and genuine connections, embodying a love for both tradition and innovation.

Chelsea brings extensive knowledge in the fields of project management, business strategy, and the leadership of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Having led DEI efforts across multiple cities, she has successfully implemented structures that serve to empower employees and ensure their voices are heard. Her approach to client relationships is characterized by a thoughtful balance of candid, forthright feedback, and significant emotional intelligence, thereby fostering authentic and collaborative connections. Additionally, Chelsea has started her own marketing agency (Rumi) providing services to emerging entrepreneurs, influencers, and small businesses. She holds a degree in Mass Communications from Tennessee State University. 

Taylor Alston is a proud HBCU alumna who holds a B.A. in English from Spelman College, and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University. With over 20 years of experience in education, Taylor has taught in public elementary and middle schools before becoming a PreK-8th Principal. During her year as a school transformation Principal in New Orleans, LA, she led one of the last public schools directly before the district transitioned completely to a 100% charter school model. Taylor has worked for education non-profit organizations such as TFC, A-Net, and The National Math and Science Initiative where she has served as Senior Director, Coach Development. Taylor is an entrepreneur, is passionate about education reform, supporting all students furthest from opportunity, and is a student, teacher, and parent advocate.

For 16 years, Jahkia has been a dynamic force in the education sector, blending her passion with continuous innovation. Always eager to evolve with the educational shifts, she's adept at data management, ensuring consistent growth and improvements. At her core, Jahkia is deeply committed to supporting diverse learners, dedicating her skills to their success and their families. A proud graduate of Norfolk State and Brooklyn College, her journey in educational leadership spans roles from being an insightful teacher to a motivating principal. What sets Jahkia apart is her proactive leadership style and her genuine commitment to fostering authentic, trusting relationships. 

Mr. Charles Crabtree, is a seasoned education consultant with over 21 years of diverse experience spanning the PK-12 education spectrum. Having navigated both public and charter school environments, he brings a wealth of insight as a former high school and middle school teacher, instructional coach, district content area supervisor, and principal for nearly a decade. Mr. Crabtree's transformative leadership turned a struggling school into a Tier 1-rated institution recognized by the DC Public Charter School Board. Known for his adeptness in fostering positive relationships among stakeholders, he has successfully led multiple schools simultaneously, fostering growth and community engagement. As a consultant with a New York-based nonprofit, Charles honed his skills in school turnaround strategies, emphasizing relational dynamics for improved student outcomes. Passionate about trauma-informed practices, he champions approaches that prioritize teacher and student well-being and has shared his expertise at regional and national conferences. Mr. Crabtree holds a Bachelor of Arts in History Education from Ferrum College, a Master of Arts in Education from Virginia Tech, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Students in College Teaching and Leadership.
